Android Watch applications can only be sold in China

Hey!

i’m trying to submit an app to Galaxy Store, it’s an apk file for WearOS watches, and when i’m trying to click “Submit” i recived this message.

I do not want the app to be in China, It’s not even tailored to a Chinese target audience, What do i need to do?

Watch apps developed for Galaxy Watch4 and later (running on Wear OS Powered by Samsung) are distributed through Google Play Store (with the exception of China).
