App Status is still in "Internal testing"

I submitted a watch face a few days ago and got published on 14th jan. But in app status its showing as “Internal testing” rather than “Production”. Also in dashboard it says production Inactive. Is there something I missed during submission or its going to change in a few days?

Thanks for your suggestion. I found out that I forgot to check the “Opt to wear OS” option. Now its fine.
