You need to open an 1:1 Enquiry with the seller portal for the exact cause of the message.
Some reason for these errors are expired or not Samsung Author Certificate (or multiple author certificates.
Not using Samsung API in your application
But there could be other reasons so the one on one enquiry is the best way to be sure.
