The TV Extensions Archive is broken.
The “I agree to the terms” checkbox is invisible because of a -webkit-appearance: none style on the checkbox.
This prevents users from agreeing to the TOS and preceding to download.
How do I get the TV extensions for Tizen 3 and 4?

When you will fix that issue “You don’t agree to SDK License Agreement.”?
The issue with not being able to agree to the License Agreement appears to be still present as originally reported.
Just write downloadUrl in the dev console of the browser and click the link. They will probably never fix it
