Certificate Manager Servers not responding, Network Error

I have been trying to create my certificate through the Certificate Manager in Tizen Studio but I keep getting the same “Proxy” error, even though I am not behind a Proxy, which lead me to the conclusion that the Certificate servers are down, when can we expect them to be back up again?
