Displays stopped reporting to MagicINFO after SSL certificate change

Hello everyone,

After changing the SSL certificate on my MagicINFO Server, several Samsung displays stopped reporting to the server.
The certificate is valid, properly installed on the Tomcat keystore, and HTTPS is working fine from a browser (port 7002).

However, the displays appear as “Offline” in MagicINFO and don’t upload schedules or status reports anymore.

I’ve verified the following:

The certificate’s CN/SAN matches the server IP.

Tomcat HTTPS port is active.

The displays’ time and date are correct.

The displays use HTTPS (not HTTP).

Questions:

Do I need to manually re-enter the server URL in each display after changing the SSL certificate?

Is there a way to push the new certificate or URL automatically to multiple devices?

Could older firmware versions reject the new TLS level (1.2/1.3)?

Environment:

MagicINFO Server v9 (Windows)

Displays: Samsung QMR / QBR series

Any official guidance or documentation link from Samsung would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
