I do not understand why font is not the same in preview.
What is wrong?

Possibly an unsupported Font . How does it lokk on your Watch ?
The preview should show the actual Font being used.
Is this your own font, or one that is included in Watch Face Studio. The work window does not always show the correct preview (that is why there is a preview window).
