Galaxy M42 not capturing Kids Voice

My M42 handset is not capturing my kids voice. I have been using it from last 3 months and it failed to capture kids voice always whenever we are on speaker mode. We noticed this fault in many application like WhatsApp, Duo, Skype or any other video/voice calling app. Even, we noticed when we make regular call.

Please note there is no problem with Adult voice but seems it consider kids voice as noise and cancel it. We are facing lot of trouble as kids are unable to take online classes and talk to relatives.
