The Spatial Number watch face that is included with Galaxy Watch 7 has a second hand that looks like a pulse that fades as it rotates around the face. Is there a way to make that same feature in WFS?

Yes, you can create a ghost trail effect in Watch Face Studio using repeated opacity animations on the second hand layer. Try duplicating the hand and staggering the fade-out timing. It takes a bit of tweaking, but the effect is doable!
