What is the policy on designing and offering replica historical watches? There are a lot of watch faces designed by companies which have been out of business for many decades. Having the engraved name of a defunct company on a watchface is allowed?
I would tread lightly because even if a business is not active another company may have purchased it and owns it’s intellectual property. Current copyright laws are 125 years after creation but but stuff prior to 1978 is shorter.
Samsung is particularly careful about Watch faces so even if it was not someones property it may be rejected if it was identified.
