Horriable customer service

Purchased a phone and new plan online… samsung still has not sent the phone and verizon has canceled the plan with tmobile leaving us with no coverage. Samsung customer service is the worst I waited on hold for 20 minutes to be told they need to transfer me once transferred the person hung up on me TWICE! I then tried to use the chat feature once again told they cant help me but provides me with a useless link. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE THROUGH SAMSUNG
