How to keep my app to be in foreground even when another app is ran

Is it possible to have my Samsung TVOS webapp not to close or exit when another app like Netflix is opened?

The current behavior is when I open any Samsung TV apps, my app exits and closed.

I need to be able to have my app to always run on foreground.
