I need a WFS file with these two watch faces.

These are made by Samsung so getting WFS is not possible but you can get .aab or APK file of these via Galaxy Watch 4.
For the second one start with the sample downloads Minimalist Classic or outdoor activity and play with them.
The first one uses a digital clock and progression bars it is more complex.
