Our Tizen web app for Samsung Smart Signage is intended for internal deployment via URL Launcher rather than through the Samsung Store.
.wgt package installs successfully through Device Manager, but we want to confirm the correct deployment process for production displays.
Could you please clarify the following:

Is it possible to install a .wgt app via URL Launcher without a Partner Certificate, or is the certificate mandatory? If the Partner Certificate is required, what are the necessary steps to obtain it and deploy the app internally?

Is applying through Samsung Seller Office → Beta Test → Distribution the correct process?

Do we need to include an additional file such as
sssp_config.xmlalongside the .wgt for URL Launcher to detect and install it?
We want to ensure we are following the right process for internal deployment and not missing any certification steps.
