Is it possible set Image Sequence On/Off in customise?

Is it possible set Image Sequence On/Off in customise?
I mean default is animation(Image Sequence), but user can turn off animation in customise…

As far as I know this is not possible.
You can add time line conditions or tag expressions on color to hide and show images but user can’t manage it.
