Issue with Network Error After Installing Boot Video on BU8000

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am facing an issue with my Samsung BU8000 TV after I installed a boot video for the welcome screen. Once the TV is powered on, it initially shows a network error message: “You are not connected to the internet. This feature requires internet connection.” After pressing “OK,” the boot video starts playing as expected, but the network error always appears every time I turn on the TV.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please guide me on how to fix this so that the network error does not appear upon powering on the TV.
