passThroughParam Deprecated in 6.4.0, but obfuscatedAccountId, obfuscatedProfileId not open, why? how to use passThroughParam in 6.4.0

The next release of the IAP SDK (v6.5.0, coming soon) will allow you to access the obfuscatedAccountId and obfuscatedProfileId parameters.
When is version 6.5.0 expected to be released? And can we integrate version 6.3.0 first to reduce future adjustments in the payment development solution?
and use the passThoughParam field in version 6.3.0, then migrate to obfuscatedAccountId and obfuscatedProfileId in subsequent updates.
