Samsung Galaxy A52 RF Band/cell selection using internal code *#2263#

Our dev team is working on an app in Samsung Galaxy A52 5G to test mobile network coverage for one of our customers (a mobile operator). We are trying to perform RF band and / or cell locking using internal code *#2263# but this is not working.

Any ideas on how to achieve RF band or cell locking?

What is the provider of the device (like ATT, verizon)?

The phone is unlocked, the team bought it from Amazon or a retailer, not from a mobile operator. So this seems to be some sort of restriction in the terminal itself. Thanks!
