I try to create a Samsung Certificate to use with a Galaxy Watch 3 Tizen Web Application. If I try to login to my Samsung Account the Rechapta has an error (see image). After selecting the requested pictures nothing is happening. Is this caused by the Rechapta quota error?

If it is MAC M1 chip, then Tizen Studio will not work.
