Step goal percentage getting rounded up

I see a bug from several years ago has resurfaced. [SC_PER] gets rounded up as soon as the value reaches halfway to the next full percentage point. For example, if the step goal is 10000, as soon as the actual steps reach 9950, [SC_PER] changes value from 99 to 100. This value should be truncated, not rounded. Ron, if you could please pass that along to the dev team I would appreciate it.

I reported this. As someone that watches his step count goal this is important to me.

Great, thanks! I think the last time this was happening, I compared getting credited for completing your step goal at 99.5% was about like the Atlanta Falcons celebrating their Super Bowl victory over the New England Patriots…and we know how that came out
