Your review report indicates that my Techno Comfort app does not run on a Galaxy Tablet with android 10. I can’t repeat this, the application run correctly on various emulators and android versions. Could you please provide some more information about this problem (video, logs or anything else)?
You should have gotten a video along with the review report.
You can ask for more information in the Seller Portal, click on Help then in the upper left corner is Contact us click on that and click on Contact us in the menu that opens.
You can also just remove the Tab A10 from your supported devices and resubmit.
