Unable to log in to create Certificate Profile

Hello, I am using Tizen Studio 6.1, and when attempting to create a Samsung Author Certificate, I am unable to log in to my Samsung account. I get to the step where my default browser is opened, and I log in seemingly successfully, with my browser returning the message “Login Successful. Please continue on the Certificate Manager UI”. However, back on the Certificate Manager UI, I then receive an error message: “Generation Failed, Server response code : 401“.

I’ve been struggling to resolve this issue for a while, but have been unsuccessful so far. Is this a known issue at all, and does anyone know what workarounds or troubleshooting I could try? I appreciate any advice.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

We would like to request all of you to make sure your Tizen Studio and Certificate manager is up to dated. In the latest version of Certificate manager which is 2.0.71 should not face the same issue.
