Who can help with uploading and converting watch faces to google play on a mac book
You can convert .tpk files (with some limitations) to .aab files on a MacOS using the TPK Convertor tools. There are special instructions for Mac users who have any issues on the download page.
You can not convert .gwd projects but with Watch Face Studio you can import resources from .gwd files.
