Verification code not being recieved

Dear Samsung Community,
Hope you are doing well,
It is has been almost a week that I am not recieving verification code to my number in sms, I have not connected vpn to my phone, and my sim card is working well, I am recieving others’ messeges, but only Samsung is not sending me the code, I checked spam box too, Samsung is not there. I cannot change number too, they are not sending me code for email too for changing my number. I have contacted to Costumer Support of theirs too, they are responding specific answer, or not even fixing the issue. Also I live in Uzbekistan. If any of you guys faced the same issue, could you please give me some advice on how to solve this issue.
