The new version of Watch Face Studio, V.1.6.10, has just been released.

  • Support Android Target SDK 33.

The big issue is that to date we have not yet received satisfactory answers from this side and we don’t know what to do. :expressionless:

Is this really the only change from 1.6.9? How could be 5 months from 1.6.9 just to target SDK 33 from 30?
I already knew I wouldn’t expect much as usual but this is really even less than the usual. I hope to find something new not reported in changelog.

i would make 0 changes in a WF. Update it with new WFS. Also make no changes in companion app.

The problem is that the ban is always causal.

What we have understood so far is that it does not depend on the companion app or even on the WFS .aab file.

It is Google that should give a definitive answer.

2 weeks ago I updated several companion apps without issues. And last week a user who doesn’t use WFS was banned.

Well, i just updated one face in testing, and another in production. hopefully all goes well. im terrified of random google bots bans.
