What is the application signing process?

Hello!
We have an internal corporate application. We do not plan to publish it in the Samsung Store.
The application cannot be installed on the QMC panel. As I understand it, we must sign the application.

  1. How to make a certificate for any panels without reference to panel ID numbers)?
  2. What is the application signing procedure?
