Why you RTL device are very slow or not connected on the good network just showing the connecting after come connecting…(I) like that but not connected and today more connection or network not work some devices. Kindly provide the solution of that. Why you stopped that RTL Device SM-N975F-US2 Galaxy Note10+ no more in the list and kindly reopen that device also

You should ask this on the Provide Feedback on the RTL Site. But the short answer is:
Connections are via internet and the further away from a devise site the slower it will run and more lag there is.
This is a test lab and when testing sometimes the test does not work and the devices need to be manually restarted. These are real devices not online emulators.
