If a custom app is assigned to an action via App ID and the app isn’t installed on the watch, then the action will take user to the App’s page at Google Play.
If Samsung plan to release its Wear OS apps in Google Play, then designers can create watch faces with these useful Samsung apps for all brands. Otherwise, we have to make the watch faces exclusive for Samsung, if we want to use Samsung apps.
