I have been experimenting with various Tizen Project templates trying to figure out if i can build an application that display the Channels available to users through the Live TV widget on the home screen. I’d like to overlay some custom content at certain times over the top of these broadcast channels. CHAT GPT tells me that Access to the tuner is impossible, is that correct ?? I have a modern 2023 Samsung 65 inch TV .
Thank you for the reply. Ultimately I wanted to auto mute the ADs and overlay a grey blocker. Detect the ads by watching when the Station Logo disappears. But it figures that it’s possible, the big companies don’t like Ad blockers… I watch so little broadcast TV these days it’s not as big an issue as it once was. Anyhow appreciate you taking the time to reply.
