Certificate issue on GWS on Windows

Can't create certificate in GWS

I made my watch face for my old Tizen watch and I tried to create a certificate like it told me to do and I got to the part where it told me to login to my Samsung Account. It said loading for a second then just went to this blank screen. Please hep [gws login nuffin]
