Design a watchFace for Fit3

I design and publish themes on Galaxy Store. I would like to release watchFaces for the Galaxy Fit 3, based on RTOS and available for free download. ¿Is there such a possibility?, contact the developers of the Samsung Wear App. To include these watchFaces and a series of features that would improve the functionalities of this band.
