How can I make distance info without unit (km)?
Create a mask (image the same color as the background) to cover the unit
D’oh and I knew the right answer, It’s a Monday and my brain wasn’t engaged in gear.

This screen shot is from an old version but I think it’s the same in the new version of GWS. If not, sorry.
Under display type, select “%d (km)” instead of “%d km”. The selections with parenthesis won’t display the unit.
If you are looking to hide (KM) in Galaxy Watch Studio do this:
1- When you create the text distance, select it to see the modification bar to the right of the work area.
2- in the (Data) section select (display Type), then select% d (km) as seen in the image.
