I have two questions regard Watch 3’s PPG sensors:

  1. What is the maximum sample rate of its PPG sensor?

  2. Which PPG sensors are available on Watch 3; green, red, IR?

I didn’t find the sample rate and the supported PPG sensors on that link!

I was thinking the Heart Rate Monitor LED had what you want.
