[Guide] How to know the actual issuer name of the payment card

Sometimes we may set incorrect issuer name in Samsung Pay Portal. To know the exact issuer name of the payment card, follow the steps below:

  1.  Open Samsung Wallet App

  2.  Add the payment card to Samsung Wallet app

  3.  Tap on the card

  4.  Click on the ‘More’ menu

  5.  Select ‘Customer services’ option

  6.  Under the title, you will find the exact ‘Issuer name’.
