I followed the instruction in the page

However I don’t know where to submit my themes portfolio.

The application period is closed, and the next one will most likely be July 1st - July 31st, 2025.

Thanks for your answer. I am a newbie so I would like to know that the closing application period happen yearly or this is a temporary closing. how can I know the application period is closed or open (date)? There is no information in the Theme intro page.

From the page you posted… “Notification Theme designers are recruited every two years.”

The 2023 recruitment is closed, the next one is 2025.

Check back in 2025, that page should be updated. Otherwise there is no other notification that I know of.
