How to download Samsung internet for PC?

I visited MS store, It gave me that it is not available in my market.
I am one of the partners for the extension for Samsung Internet.
I need to test my extension but I could not get it.
In my extension checking what browsers it is and the OSes with navigator.userAgent.
So, I need to double check it is working properly.

My guess is that this was a beta version. It looks like the link in SamMobile is no longer available.
