How to get Client ID and Access Code for Samsung Health Partner App

Hi, Currently I have an application that fetches the Health data from samsung health app in developer mode. For that I need a Client ID and Access code for our own application. How to get the approval for our partner app? and How to get Client ID and Access Code?

What is the procedure I need to follow?

Samsung Health Partnership is temporarily unavailable. If you create a support request they will add you to a list to contact once it is made available.
