How to get the update zip for Galaxy M31s

Hi , after installing the latest OTA update my Galaxy M31s is frequently restarting.

I have two questions.

1. Where can I get the list of all update zip files listed for Galaxy M31s.

2. If I get a previous update zip file, can I flash it (after pressing volume up + power ) ?
