Network traffic monitor from web app

Hello, I am involved in advertising technology development, and I need to monitor the HTTP/HTTP2 traffic of advertising calls coming from a WEB application already installed on a Samsung television (Samsung Model UE49MU7000) using Tizen Studio. I managed to connect the TV to my PC on which I installed Tizen Studio, but I cannot monitor the network with the calls. It’s similar to what is done on the web with Charles Proxy, although I know that it is not possible to define a proxy on Samsung. Is there a way to control the network, and if so, what is it?
