Is there a way to select the language for all components at the same time instead of doing them one at a time?

The only components that have a language setting are the Digital Clocks and each clock has to be done individually, if none is selected then they will sync with device.
In my opinion the clock language settings are great for omission of a language and not for inclusion because if none are set they default to sync with device.
Complications will sync the language to the device.
Text boxes have no Translations they will show whatever language the developer uses.
