webapis.avplay.getTotalTrackInfo text tracks problem

Hi,
We have an issue about webapis.avplay.getTotalTrackInfo api.
We can not get all track in a mkv file.
webapis.avplay.getTotalTrackInfo api return only 32 informations about VIDEO, AUDIO and TEXT.
For example
Our media file has 1 VIDEO, 10 AUDIO and 30 TEXT data.
webapis.avplay.getTotalTrackInfo api return
1 VIDEO
10 AUDIO
21 TEXT datas. Totaly 32
We want to get all data informations in mkv file.
How can we get them?
Note that: We can see all informations in VLC player and Lg WebOS tvs.
