With curl, the response is 301 Moved Permanently if you check it in browser 404.

The privilege you’ve mentioned is not a predefined privilege, like the one’s on this list:

Rather “http://developer.samsung.com/tizen/privilege/accessoryprotocol” is a custom privilege which the developers have to add manually. The guide below explains step by step how to add this “aceessoryprotocol” custom privilege and how to add/replace require source code to support it.
