We have previously developed our service using Samsung Health SDK version 1.5.1, and our application was approved under the existing partnership agreement.
We are now migrating to Samsung Health SDK beta2 for further development.
While the application works as expected in Developer Mode,
we are encountering the following error on actual production devices:
AuthorizationException: 2003 (Could not get policy)
The partner ID and package name remain unchanged, and our SDK integration appears to be correct.
We would like to ask:
- Is any additional registration or approval process required specifically for SDK beta2?
- Or, is the existing partnership authorization insufficient to access data policies in beta2?
