Somehow the visualviewport height is wrong when address bar is set to bottom.
Example here affects element position fixed to bottom.
Solution for setting the correct height is to zoom, scroll, then zoom back, but this solution can’t be used if viewport is not scrollable.
No issue when address is set to top.

I noticed the same issue on my device after moving address bar to the bottom. Best example is Google search website. I can’t accept cookies popup when the address bar is at the bottom because it covers buttons. The only way to accept this is to zoom website and scroll. Here’s video
