Can we start a background Node server in Tizen Enterprise Platform?

We used to be able to start a background Node server by calling the b2bcontrol.startNodeServer API with SSSP platform.

Now, SSSP is discontinued and we need to migrate to TEP. Does TEP support starting a background Node server?
