If you use a keyboard with Samsung Dex (S9), the enter key often enters a new line instead of sending a message. This happens in instagram and the stock texting app but messenger has seemed to find a way around it.
This is annoying but not very high priority.
Hello, I think you can report this issue to instagram and stock texting app. Since it is their app, they have to resolve this.
