Hi All, we have an app on the iOS and Google Play store and it has come to light that anyone with a Samsung and only Samsung device when they press the box to fill in there email no keyboard comes up.
Can anyone shed light on why the in app browser would stop this from happening and only on Samsungs. I can then test a new build with some Samsung changes to allow this.
Hope someone has seen this issue before.
Obviously it won’t work on iOS
For Play Store there are a lot of variables; app permissions and the default browser come to mind.
You may need to open a support request on this but I don’t think it is a Samsung Developer question more of an end product question.

I would recommend you use the Samsung Members App for feedback
go to https://www.samsung.com and depending on your location
either → Click on Explore Tab → Click on Community
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and under support is a link to the community
