Failed to `step convert WRT command handle` operation Can't convert WR

Hey guys, i already started developing for Tizen.
I installed the Setup like described in the official documentation. I Started the first demo webapp and launched the TV Simulator and the following error message occurs.

After that i used the search for errors in the development manual. I searched via google, forums chatgpt and gemini. All say its a certificate caused by missing packages.
I installed the certificate package manager.

I made sure the package is installed and active.

I created a Certificate for my app under Tools->Certificate Manger → AppSignage certificate.

But the error Message is still the same. I restarted, rebooted. What i’m doing wrong. I want to start a very simple html based app for the Samsung TV and Signage series.
