Hey, @russellcresser, I seem to remember you mentioning making a magnifying glass look to place over a date. I couldn’t find that post, but I seem to recall it sounded pretty technical. Since I’m not so technical, I try to find work-arounds. So I used a photo of a magnifying glass that had some reflections on it, but not in the middle (so as not to obscure the date). Here’s how it turned out:

And how it looks on a watch face (this is the Always-On version, since it’s easier to see the effect on the dark background):

I suppose if I was selling faces, it would not be perfect enough. For instance, the portion of the 3 O’clock index marker where it is seen through the magnifying glass should look larger. But it’s good enough for me.

Oh Dear . I am sorry @smolnar18 . I did say something like that . I think I was asking what shape your Lense is . I thought you were talking about rectangular . Sorry I forgot . What you have there is perfect . You could afford to put a little glow on top as well . Were we talking about flipping them a bit with the Gyro ? I would move the dat so the lense is not above the 3 Tick Mark . So you are staying with the round Lense . I would for a Ladies Watch .
Here is a quick test including moves with the gyro . Sorry I have not tested it yet . We are getting ready to go away for a bit . See I have drilled a hole in the background to save on the High tech Masking .
