Can I find a list of default applications in GW3, including IDs, somewhere? If not, could someone copy this list here, please?

Well… list of default apps (assuming you mean those that are installed when the watch is factory reseted) depends on the the region for which the watch is targeted. I don’t have the list, but you could probably create it by looking at the circle menu of apps in the watch and holding one of the apps icon. Those apps that are uninstallable are definitely default. (But that doesn’t mean that there are not some apps, that are default but can be uninstalled).
